Our Kettle Cooked Bananas are a time-honoured snack, reworked in the Kettle Studio kitchen. We slice ripe bananas thick, kettle cook them in small batches in sunflower oil blend and season them by hand for a crunch that's sweet, savoury and hard to put down.
